  13.  1.4 added options to change the pen number of the font face and
  14.      the outline cast <Ed Vishoot>, the offset into the colortable
  15.      wasn't correctly calculated, programs that directly support
  16.      colorfonts (PPaint, ...) weren't able to load the right
  17.      colormap (magicwb colors). this was never a problem for the
  18.      wb as it doesn't really support colorfonts :)
